I started this after the first Iron Man movie came out...I lost interest/forgot about it. The 2nd movie motivated me to pull it out of the closet and finally finish it

Looks bad-ass. Definitely like the way you did his suit. The angle must've been annoying to draw, making sure the proportions were the right size etc.
Great work and nice place to put your name on the street there.

Thank you! and you're right. I struggled with the pose, erased it numerous times, redrew it etc. The challenge was that the armor started to hide anatomy and so it began to just look like shapes...keeping those in perspective and the right proportions was difficult. I'm not sure it's 100% accurate, but I think it passes

Lol Yeah I was struggling today with working a character angle from the back and giving depth and erased numerous times. I should've been paying attention to class but getting that right becomes like a little fixation, regardless of whether its just a rough outline.
Don't worry bout it man, it looks great. You should try coloring it but I think you're more of a black and white type guy, right?

haha I know what you mean...it becomes an obsession. I am gonna try coloring it so that I can hopefully sell some prints at the Boston Comic Con. I actually love coloring...just not in photoshop ha. But that's what people look for. Also, I wanted to tell you I love the 8 bit 3D work you've done. Very awesome

Lol I totally agree. I'm big on using things like color pencils and markers to color the stuff I do, though I always scan the inked version before messing with the color, therefore I'll always have it. Boston Comic Con huh? Let me know when you're coming to some New York event, I'd go to buy a print.
Thanks for the comment on my 3D work, it was just a design project that I got into but I'm not really into 3D as much as I am into drawing.
